Active Listings and Panding Sales - New and Existing Homes, Townhomes and Condominiums
This data will illustrate the relationship between the number of active residential listings currently for sale in our area and the number of properties that have sales contracts pending. A sale is pending when a contract has been signed but the transaction has yet to close. When the upper and lower lines are in close proximity to one another, sellers enjoy an advantage. Just the opposite is true when the lines are separated by a wide gap, as they are at present
